Thank you for visiting our website. The purpose of our website is to give you the ability to stay up to date with Association Events and information.

Sutton Village is a 248 unit Condominium Association located down the shore in Brick, New Jersey.  All of our buildings have 4 units each and include detached garages.  We offer one, two and three bedroom units to fit your needs.

We are a family-oriented community with many planned events throughout the year.  A sampling of our events includes a Superbowl Party, Easter Egg Hunt/Party, Family Fun Day, Halloween Party with a Haunted House, Holiday Social and Breakfast with Santa.

Our Amenities include a recently renovated clubhouse featuring a full kitchen, living room with a big screen television and cable as well as a dining or meeting hall; volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, playground and recently redone outdoor pool.
